The room was beautifully refurbished with modern touches while still maintaining the charm of the 400-year-old farmhouse. The location was perfect for our adventurous day trip to Snowdon, and the cabin was well-equipped and cosy for two people. We loved the sound of the river right outside and the fine view of the mountains. The host, Olwen, treated us like old friends and made us feel welcome.
Breakfast delights, but a bit more variety would have made it even better.

the stunning location in the mountains of North Wales offered a peaceful and quiet break from modern life. The warm and welcoming hostess made us feel like old friends, providing fresh milk and allowing us to bring our own food and drink. The Cosy Hut exceeded our expectations with its size and amenities. A perfect base for exploring North Wales.
Limited activities without a car.

We stayed at Rhydydefaid Cwt Clyd - Cosy Hut in Bala for 2 nights while white water rafting. The house was lovely and clean with quaint features like exposed beams in the bedroom. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the National White Water Rafting Centre. The farm atmosphere was peaceful, and the use of a living room and dining room was convenient. we felt welcome and at home, and would definitely recommend a visit!

the cabin at rhydydefaid cwt clyd was perfect for our snowdon adventure! the location was ideal, the cabin was cozy and well-equipped, and the view of the river was beautiful. we even got to enjoy the amazing night sky full of stars. we will definitely be coming back on our next trip to wales.

I recently stayed at Rhydydefaid Farm B & B for a few days and it was an absolute delight. The owner was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The farm itself is beautiful, with lovely scenic surroundings and great cycle routes and hiking paths nearby. The best part was definitely the breakfast - it was individually made and freshly prepared, absolutely amazing!
Totally recommend this hotel.
